We do not run a single vintage on a fixed schedule. Some deals demand a fast unlock — we take stuck or mispriced assets through entitlement, restructuring, or repositioning, then recycle capital in 12–24 months. Other deals demand patience — we acquire wellness-led residential, boutique hospitality, and operating platforms we never intend to sell, and we hold them across the full cycle.
Every commitment our investors make is matched by skin in the game from the platform. We co-invest in every deal we ask LPs to fund.
